Happy New Year

We are all aware that the start of a new year is signalled by the passing of the previous year on December 31 at precisely midnight and the start of the new year on January 1. And every year we all celebrate this day with great enthusiasm.  Have we ever paid attention to the wonderful message that is being conveyed to us by this?  This imparts the most crucial life lesson -  That Everything has an End and Every end results in a New beginning. Lord Krishna is said to be the eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu. He took birth on the Earth to free it from the grip of evil.
