We all desire for one thing desperately in our life i.e "A Happy Life", isn't it? How can we live a happy life? Well, I would suggest to go for positive thoughts and enjoy every moment that comes your way. Creating positive thoughts can only be achieved through practice as our mind gets attracted to negative things very easily. For inculcating this habit you must first study about yourself. I mean where, when, how and under what circumstances your mind starts thinking negatively and replace it by thinking the best is going to happen.
