Sleep is the best Meditation

Each day a particular portion of our life is spent in a mysterious way. I call this portion mysterious because till date we are uncertain and keep puzzling and struggling to justify why do we do that! Sounds amazing right? I think that's enough explanation to get you a hint of what I am talking about. I hope you guessed it right. It's about our daily magical rest time "SLEEP." We are clueless what causes sleep but we can say it as state of rest where our body recovers from fatigue caused by the day's activities. Our body goes through various changes as we sink deeper into sleep. It is said that our brain slows down the thinking process, becomes calm, our muscles relaxes, heartbeat becomes slower, blood pressure and body temperature goes down and then we wake up fresh and energetic. The most mesmerizing part is that we actually don't remember anything what happened around us when we were asleep. The state of happiness, worry, anxiety, anger, fear, ego, boredom,...
