Fear..!! A path towards the dark side.

Fear....!!!!
It is a natural emotion that can be found in each and every organisms present here on the Earth. When we sense a danger, our brain signals and the fear activates two situations in our mind i.e fight or flight to protect yourself.
For example, if we suddenly hear a loud noise of a balloon bursting aloud, which is not a dangerous thing that happened, but still the fear within us shoots up after hearing that sound. Our heart starts to beat faster, skin sweats, some even start to run away from that place without even realising what has actually happened..
Such kind of fears are temporary and normal and sometimes we may sit and laugh at ourselves for being so silly.
But today we are going to see various dangerous types of fears which degrades each and every living organisms both emotionally and physically. Especially we humans have developed unnecessary fears within us like fear of rejection, fear of uncertainity, fear of loneliness, fear of change, fear of loss, fear of freedom, fear of being judged, fear of getting hurt, fear of inadequacy etc. OMG...!! the list seems to be never ending.. 😄
In today's life the Main Cause of fear is "love." Everyone has love for some or the other things in their life. Like for example love for their life partner, love for money, love for luxury, love for business, love for post and pride, love for success etc etc.. Amongst this, what we don't realize is that when we come face to face with struggle i.e a low point in life, be it an illness, a relationship  breakdown or financial crises, we start to fear and put ourselves in darkness. Due to this our health starts to deteriorate, we also invite free of cost many other unwanted emotions like anger, worry, depression, aggression, stress etc.
If a patient is made aware of his deadly illness and the doctor with utmost sadness reveals the remote chances of his living , the person starts fearing.
The fear of losing his life itself will end the person's life earlier than the day on which he actually leaves this material world..
But the person forgets one thing said by the doctors that medical miracles happen..
This is only possible if the same patient combats his fear of losing his life by trying to understand and accept his fear and start fighting against it, along with a ray of hope.
(When the WORLD says-"Its Over,Give Up",
HOPE Whispers-"Try it One More Time".)
Here's a short story which will make you understand exactly how an unwanted fear in one's life can affect him/her..

Once upon a time a king named Brahmadutta lived in the holy town of Varanasi. He was a just and magnificent king.
He had a large cowshed with numerous cows dwelling in. The whole palace had an abundant supply of milk from there. The king took good care of all the cows and worshipped them. The king employed many workers to serve the cow well. Everyone who came to the palace was greeted with sweets made from milk. Various other milk products like curd, buttermilk, ghee, cheese, paneer etc were prepared in abundance in the palace by the cows' grace.
Once a lion became a cause of trouble for the people living on the outskirts of the city. It would come from the nearby forest and would kill any person it came across and take him away into the forest. The king ordered the commander in chief to make the city free of this problem. The commander was brave and tactful enough to trap the lion in a huge cage. He brought the lion to the palace. The lion was kept in the large premises of the palace. The people and king now breathed a sigh of relief.
Now another problem arose. The output of the milk from the cows began to decrease gradually. The cows started to fall ill. The king called upon the vaidyas to examine the cows but it was of no use. The king asked the head cowman to look into the matter. The cowman assured that he will find out the reason as early as possible. Few days later the cowman was passing by the lion's cage to go to the cowshed.
He glanced at the lion which roared very loudly. As soon as the lion roared at him he ran away from there with an uncontrollable fear and sat in the cowshed unable to concentrate on work for sometime. He started to work but couldn't concentrate properly, only the lion's roar and fear was bothering him. He started to feel weak due to fear. Suddenly the cowman's eyes lit up and he went to the king and said "Maharaj, the reason is found, the cows are very sensitive and loving in nature, they need peaceful and fearless environment to live their life. some days ago, the lion had been kept in the neighbourhood of cowshed. The frequent roars of lion is heard by the cows. Also the lion is visible to some of the cows from the cowshed. The cows have began to live under constant fear and this makes them lose their health, and also the quantity of milk production is decreasing day by day."
The king praised the cowman and rewarded him handsomely and ordered his men to shift the lion to some remote place out of his palace.
Same is the case with all other types of fear that we are piling up within us.
Instead try to understand, accept it and move ahead without allowing that in-built fear within you to ruin your health and life completely.
Fear should act as an alarm which alerts you, so that you can progress in your life. Never allow the fear of life, loneliness, pain, loss of people break you.
Instead gain strength, courage and confidence and look at the face of  fear and say to it "Dear Fear, come what May, I am ready to face you boldly and at the end will definitely conquer you this time too."

A Coin of Compassion, A River of Blessings.

Once in a village, there lived a rich man who was kind and spiritual. One day, while walking on the road, he saw a beggar and felt sad. He asked God, “Why is life so unfair? Why must people suffer like this?” Feeling pity, the rich man gave the beggar his gold chain and bracelet and said, “Don’t beg again. Use this to start a better life.” The beggar was happy and planned to sell the gold and begin a small business. But on the way, two thieves stole the gold and ran away. The next day, the rich man saw the beggar begging again. Angry and confused, he asked why. The beggar explained about the theft. Feeling sorry, the rich man gave him a diamond ring and said, “This time, be careful.” The beggar hid the ring in an old mud pot at home, planning to sell it the next day. With the money, he hoped to buy a new, spacious house and start a good business to earn a living. That night, his wife took the pot to fetch water, not knowing the ring was inside. She washed the pot at the river, and the ...

The Morning That Changed Everything

In the peaceful hill town of Almora, there lived a cheerful man named Uncle Kabir. He had lost both his legs in a terrible accident many years ago. But every morning, Uncle Kabir would roll out in his wheelchair to the park near his house. He smiled at the birds, waved at the trees, and greeted every child going to school and every grown-up rushing to work. “Good morning! Have a great day!” he would say with a big smile. People loved seeing Uncle Kabir. His smile was like sunshine. Children would wave back, and even the busiest people would stop to smile and wish him well. It became a happy routine—no one wanted to start their day without seeing Uncle Kabir. Arjun lived in the same town, but joy never touched him. He worked long hours in a cold office, buried under loans and deadlines. His face stayed tense, his eyes dull. Life moved around him, but his own felt like a sea without waves—still, silent, and heavy. No tides of joy, no ripples of surprise. Just a flat, endless stretch of r...
