Music - The Voice of the Soul

If you wanna communicate you have numerous words/sentences in various languages, but at times when you want to convey certain deep feelings from within and even if you know thousands of languages you are lost for words and no particular word in this whole world helps you express that one particular feeling.
Here comes the one and only  universal language i.e "Music" which is so powerful and has the potential to bring out the emotions from within.
The music is not in the notes, but in the silence in between. Music and silence forms a great combo which has the ability to express the inexpressible. "Where words fail, Music speaks." Isn't it interesting that most of the time in our life we might have definitely experienced the effect of music i.e we hear a particular song and that brings back all the special memories of your life at once and we are totally lost into it.
Also our near and dear ones sometimes ask us the reason for hearing a particular song like if you are hearing bit slow and sad one, they may ask "Hey buddy, is there anything bothering you?" Or if we are listening to nice happy songs that reveals that we are really happy. This is really wonderful and surprising that your near and dear ones need no words to understand you. The type of song you hear without uttering a single word says exactly about how you are feeling at the moment.
Just imagine the feeling that you have within while driving a car on heavy traffic road and you are slowly getting frustrated and irritated and then you just play some nice song from your playlist  and you start feeling relaxed and calm in spite of being surrounded by chaos which few minutes before was ruining your peace of mind.
Music can make us feel sad, scared, motivated, anxious, proud, joyful, absorbed, suspicious, satisfied, disturbed, lonely, content and name any emotion and you will have relevant music to express it. One of the best example to denote the importance of impact of music on our emotions is films. Can you imagine a film without the background music?
But we can definitely have a film with no words being communicate and still conveying the feelings to the audience like Movies of Charlie Chaplin, Mr.Bean and Tom & Jerry. What's your favourite movie? Just watch it one more time by only focusing on the music that's being played on the background and try to understand the influence it makes on you and your mind. Incorporating music not only makes the movie more interesting, it also connects the audience emotionally.
That's the reason audience sometimes cry over sad scenes, feel happy and pleasant during love songs, feel horrified and close their eyes out of fear while watching horror films.
Music has the power to take over you both mentally and physically. you might wonder how!
Well, when you play an upbeat song, your toes and fingers begin to tap, your head start to swing, your lips move in order to match the lyrics and in this situation if you are alone at home you will land up dancing on the floor, whoa!
Not only this, music has the potential to barge into our soul and calm us and also various research has proven that music has the power to heal patients from various diseases, improves mental health, reduces stress, acts as a pain relief, relieves depression and also it plays a key role in improving the quality of life in various ways.We are so conscious when it comes to maintaining our physical health. We always watch what we eat, switch to healthy food in-take, exercise regularly, try to get enough sleep etc. Of course good physical health and discipline in life can bring good results of our mental health but let's give a magical touch to each and everything we do with appropriate music. Try to combine your daily activities like meditating, cooking, travelling, exercising, studying, reading, sleeping etc with the right kind of music.
It can create a convincing environment and uplift our mood and can give us unimaginable satisfying results. Sometimes music is the only medicine we need to make everything perfect.
It's truly well said -"Everything has a Rhythm, everything dances." Music and Rhythm find their way into the secret places of everyone's soul.

His friend Manohar zoomed past him and won the race. That night, Guhan lay awake in bed, his heart heavy with disappointment. He kept thinking about the moment he fell, wondering if he could have done something differently. Sleep refused to come. But instead of giving up, Guhan decided to train even harder. He woke up the next morning with a new determination—he would try again next year. The following year, Guhan practiced tirelessly. When race day arrived, he ran like the wind, and this time, he didn’t stumble. He crossed the finish line first! That night, Guhan lay in bed, once again unable to sleep—but this time, it wasn’t sadness that kept him awake. It was pure excitement! He kept replaying the moment of victory in his head, imagining the gold medal around his neck. And now, he realized— He couldn...

A Coin of Compassion, A River of Blessings.

Once in a village, there lived a rich man who was kind and spiritual. One day, while walking on the road, he saw a beggar and felt sad. He asked God, “Why is life so unfair? Why must people suffer like this?” Feeling pity, the rich man gave the beggar his gold chain and bracelet and said, “Don’t beg again. Use this to start a better life.” The beggar was happy and planned to sell the gold and begin a small business. But on the way, two thieves stole the gold and ran away. The next day, the rich man saw the beggar begging again. Angry and confused, he asked why. The beggar explained about the theft. Feeling sorry, the rich man gave him a diamond ring and said, “This time, be careful.” The beggar hid the ring in an old mud pot at home, planning to sell it the next day. With the money, he hoped to buy a new, spacious house and start a good business to earn a living. That night, his wife took the pot to fetch water, not knowing the ring was inside. She washed the pot at the river, and the ...

The Morning That Changed Everything

In the peaceful hill town of Almora, there lived a cheerful man named Uncle Kabir. He had lost both his legs in a terrible accident many years ago. But every morning, Uncle Kabir would roll out in his wheelchair to the park near his house. He smiled at the birds, waved at the trees, and greeted every child going to school and every grown-up rushing to work. “Good morning! Have a great day!” he would say with a big smile. People loved seeing Uncle Kabir. His smile was like sunshine. Children would wave back, and even the busiest people would stop to smile and wish him well. It became a happy routine—no one wanted to start their day without seeing Uncle Kabir. Arjun lived in the same town, but joy never touched him. He worked long hours in a cold office, buried under loans and deadlines. His face stayed tense, his eyes dull. Life moved around him, but his own felt like a sea without waves—still, silent, and heavy. No tides of joy, no ripples of surprise. Just a flat, endless stretch of r...
