Be the Master of your Life

We all are striving hard, earning a good amount of money, progressing in our life, achieving success, living a comfortable and secured life..
Don’t you think something is missing from our life?

Well, do you think you are living a healthy and peaceful life?
Sit somewhere for just 10mins and look at your life. You may think you are living a hectic robotic life. Then you may say to yourself, that’s not true-I work, I hangout with friends and family in between, I travel to places, I try out new things, I enjoy partying, I am happy bla bla bla..
Well, so many things you thought about your ongoing life. But we never ask one important question to ourselves. Are we really healthy both physically and mentally?
You may think so that you are,but the fact is we can see people suffering from common problem on a regular basis which seems very normal to us like acidity, headache, indigestion, gastric trouble, meagre cold and cough in the morning when u get up, backpain, heaviness in your head etc.

When someone asks you about your sickness you simply say "Nothing yaar its because of the food that I had last night or pollution or climate or change of place etc"
But don’t you think the root cause of all these problems are within us? All these problems arise as you don’t take care of yourself properly. We all have seeds of greed, fear, anger, stress inbuilt within us. Don’t you think you have watered and nurtured all these problems and now it has started to block your life like a big tree on your way that is affecting your growth mentally as well as physically..
Its we who think unnecessarily and hurt ourselves because of others

When we are feeling bad about something,we say its because of the situation, or because of some people’s behaviour or something wrong happened to me etc. We always have a reason ready to get hurt. Its true that people cannot laugh at the same joke again and again, then how come they can cry on remembering the worst happened to them again and again. I understand we are humans, its natural that you may dislike something or you may get hurt. You can respond but never accumulate it in your mind.. Just finish it then and there. If you wanna cry just do it and forget it. Never stock up all the pain in yourself and hurt the beautiful life that god has gifted you. One of the best solution to all problem is talk to yourself. Be strong enough and let the world know that they can never manipulate your life so easily with their words and deeds. You may think how to take life easily? We all live in a society where it is really difficult to take things easily..
While speaking about this a very familiar story of Gautam Buddha comes to my mind.Let me share it with you-
One day,Gautam Buddha was preaching in a village and suddenly one young man from the crowd who disliked Gautam Buddha came and stood in front of him and started shouting and insulting Gautam Buddha. The whole village got furious with anger and was about to beat the young man for his behaviour. But people was surprised to see Gautam buddha who was still quiet and calm with a smile on his face. Gautam buddha asked the people to stay quiet and not to react.

The young man was still shouting and insulting Gautam buddha and then he got extremely angry and asked Gautam Buddha, why are you quiet and smiling? Am I praising you? Don’t you feel insulted?
Gautam Buddha then calmed down the young man and said “Tell me young man if you buy a gift for someone and the person does not accept the gift from you, what will happen?” The young man replied in anger- “ofcourse the gift will stay with me.” Gautam buddha said – same is applicable here too. You are shouting and trying to insult me but I am not accepting it, then all the insult stays back with you, I really feel pitty for you young man. At present you are not hurting me but yourself. Never allow the anger to overpower you. Life will become stressful and painful. The young man realised his mistake and he became the disciple of Gautam Buddha thereafter.
Also here are some suggestions that you can add up in your daily life to make your life healthy and peaceful-

1. When you get up thank God for adding up one more day in your life.
2. Take a big glass of warm water and mix one spoon honey and drink it sip by sip.
3. Walk around your home, do some stretching.
4. Finish up with your morning activities and plan your day ahead.
5. See to it that you are adding healthy food options in your diet.
6. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet
7. Drink enough water to keep you hydrated.
8. Exercise regularly.

9. Exposure to sun for atleast 10 minutes is must.
10. Do meditate atleast 20-25 minutes daily.
11. Try to control your anger. Anger can only harm you the most,so better avoid it.
12. If you are hurt by someone or certain circumstances stay away from it for the time being.
13. Try to talk and solve the situation instead of arguing.

14. Already you are dealing with lots of people on daily basis. So whenever you get time spend it with nature rather than people.
15. Sometimes do nothing that’s ok.
16. Respect your body and take care of it.

17. Follow the rule of one task at a time, never do multi-tasking.
18. Reduce the usage of mobile phone.
19. Never share your personal issues and weakness with others.

20. Inculcate the habit of giving to the needy and poor from within.
21. Never keep expectations from anyone.
Finding inner peace, achieving peace of mind, is a major life accomplishment—even though it can be hard to feel peaceful, but definitely we all can give it a try and live in harmony.

Two Children, Two Journeys

Two children can walk through similar difficulties—and yet grow into very different people. Let’s look at the story of two children. The Child Who Was Held A child was happily walking beside his mother when he suddenly stumbled over a stone and fell. Tears immediately rolled down his cheeks. His mother gently lifted him, wiped his tears, cleaned his wound, and whispered, "It’s nothing, my dear. Just a small wound. You’re safe." Wrapped in her arms, the child slowly calmed down. He learned that when he falls, someone will be there to comfort him. When he is hurt, someone will help him heal. When he is afraid, there will be arms to hold him. And when he needs help, he can ask for it. His world taught him trust, security, and the warmth of love. The Child Who Had to Stand Alone On another road, another child was walking alone. He, too, stumbled over a stone and fell. He looked around. There was no hand reaching out to lift him. No familiar voice asking, "Are you hurt?"...

Karma - A Path to Our Deeds

Our life is revolving around some kind of energy between the cycle of birth and death.  One thing needs to be understood very clearly: Birth is not the beginning - Death is never the end.  We all are connected spiritually and we name that energy as God. It really makes me wonder that people all over the world believe in God, only what differs is the name and religion from place to place like Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, Christianity, Jainism, Sikhism etc. Somewhere all these religions teach us to do good Karma.  In every country there are certain rules and regulations that one must follow and on not abiding, the person may face legal consequences. Countries impose law and order to provide security and justice for all their citizens and also to maintain peace. Similarly "Karma" - Karma is a law that one needs to follow in spiritual world to achieve that inner peace in one's life. Karma is closely related to your action. It means each and every action combined with your inten...

Rolling the Dice of Life — Every Move Matters

Life is often compared to a journey, but sometimes it feels more like a game of snakes and ladders. Each day, we roll the dice of time, never knowing what number will appear or where it will take us. One moment, you’re climbing a ladder — opportunities open up, joy fills your heart, and you feel unstoppable. The next moment, a snake bite pulls you down — setbacks, disappointments, and struggles remind you that the path is never straight. Yet, the beauty of the game lies in its unpredictability. You can’t control the dice, but every roll is a chance, every move is progress, and every setback is temporary. A snake bite may feel like failure, but it often teaches resilience. A ladder may feel like luck, but it rewards persistence. The dice may seem random, but your endless effort to keep rolling ensures you move forward. In life too, the rule is simple: keep moving with faith. Do not give up, no matter how many snakes cross your path. The next roll may bring a surprise — perhaps a ladder...
